Coming back to our “home” at the SIL Centre
was great! Here’s what it is like where
we have been staying.
Our unit is called Rouge #1. We have a 2-bedroom suite. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. It’s a really comfortable place.
The SIL Centre has offices where staff take
care of matters related to translation work.
This is a place where translators stay when they come in from the
villages where they live.
Below is a picture of Sharyn with Emmanuel, who worked closely with her in the translation.
There are accommodations
and meeting rooms for training translators.
During our time at the SIL Centre there was a large group of people from
various countries of French West Africa – taking classes every day.
