House Church

On Sunday we decided on having “house church” at Sharyn’s new home.

She is just settling into Ouaga after having lived in the village for the past 20 years.  She is shifting roles from working in her translation project to becoming a consultant. 

We each read some verses from the Bible and talked about their impact on us.  Sharyn read in the Buamu NT from 1 Corinthians 15.  View a short video of Sharyn reading and her comments.  

 
After a yummy Sunday dinner we went outside on the tiny yard.  

We had a special time of dedication for the New Testament that has been completed in the Buamu language.  This has been Sharyn’s “life work!”
